These terms cover your use of this website. They are deliberately short. This site does not process payments; it allows you to request services, which we then confirm with you in writing.

What you are using
This website belongs to Lanzarote Concierge, operated by Abdelaziz Hossein, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this website does
Everything on this site is a request rather than a purchase. No payment is processed here and no card details are collected.
Submitting a form does not create a booking and places you under no obligation. A booking arises only once we have confirmed the service, the total price and the applicable terms in writing, and you have accepted them.

Our agreement with you
Where you book a service through Lanzarote Concierge, your agreement is with us. We are responsible for the service we have confirmed to you, and we remain your point of contact throughout.
Some services are performed on our behalf by qualified operators such as licensed drivers, skippers, photographers and chefs. Any question, change or complaint is raised with us and we deal with it.
Certain services carry conditions of their own, for example minimum numbers, weather limits at sea, or notice periods for occasion styling. Where these apply we set them out in writing before you confirm.

Prices and payment
Prices shown on this site are indicative. The price that applies is the one we confirm in writing for your dates, and it is the price you pay: nothing is added afterwards.
Payment is settled by card, bank transfer or a secure payment link once a booking is confirmed. For larger arrangements a deposit may be requested to hold a date, agreed with you in advance. We never request card details by email or message.

Using the site properly
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit false requests, use it to send unlawful or abusive content, or extract its content for automated reuse.

Limits
We take care with the information on this site but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free at every moment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers, which remain their own responsibility.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish or EU law, or our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. They are governed by Spanish law, without affecting your consumer rights.
