In what capacity we act
Lanzarote Concierge provides concierge services in Lanzarote: airport and private transfers, private charters, photography, floristry, occasion styling and private dining.
Where a service is arranged through us, your agreement is with Lanzarote Concierge. We are responsible for what we confirm to you, and we remain your point of contact for the duration of the arrangement.
Certain services are performed on our behalf by qualified operators, including licensed drivers, skippers, photographers and chefs. That does not change who you deal with: any question, change or complaint is addressed to us.

What this website does
This website presents our services and allows you to request them. It does not process payments: there is no checkout and no card details are entered here.
A request made through this site is not a booking. A booking exists once we have confirmed the service, the price and the terms in writing and you have accepted them. Payment is then settled by card, bank transfer or a secure payment link.

Content and intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this website belong to Lanzarote Concierge. Photographs are a mix of our own material and free-licence media; vehicle, boat and product photographs may be supplied by the relevant provider.
